Adjudication

Adjudicating is one of my favorite parts of being an educator. I enjoy every minute of listening to the budding musicians' hard work, how they interpret and internalize the music, and perform their best to show their achievement. I feel blessed to have a chance to give the participants feedback if that facilitates them to grow musically even further. Listening to students' performances in various areas also gives me opportunities to learn from other teachers' various approaches.
